Our founder Mr. E .K. Subramanian moved from Kerala to Madras in 1970's and started his small venture of producing and supplying appalam in the Brand name of "Pulliman Appalam",

which was widely welcomed in the market due to the high standard and consistency of quality and taste.

He strongly believe that all of our customers deserve the highest level of quality & taste , which we are  always committed in providing in our product.

That time the market had many brands under stags variations "maan", so our brand name was changed to Ajith     Appalam in 1996.Since then we have been proudly providing our high quality Appalam products in Chennai area in the brand name of "Ajith Appalam" .
